Building HER Inc. is a dream come true. Never in a million years could I have imagined myself being a CEO of a practice that I built, immersed in my life’s passion for Surgery, Hormones and Integrative Medicine.  I was that scrawny malnourished kid working three jobs just to help my parents make ends meet.  My father was a mechanic and my mother cleaned houses.  We lived in a one bedroom apartment with my 5 siblings in the heart of South Central Los Angeles.  Growing up in poverty was both humbling and empowering.  It helped me appreciate all the little things and it gave me an incredible drive to help others.  It is these principles and values that I hope to bring to my patients.

My ultimate goal is to have a practice that feels like home.  My greatest joy is providing a better quality of life for my patients.  Education helped me get to where I am today.  I made a promise to always provide my patients with the most up-to-date information by committing to lifelong learning.  I am not your ordinary gynecologist.  I took the time to do a fellowship both in Integrative and Regenerative Medicine as well as Minimally Invasive and Robotic Surgery.  I have a voracious appetite for learning and every day I make an effort to learn something new for my patients.  You can access my educational videos and podcast to get a sense of who I am.  I inherited my mother’s wicked sense of humor and I certainly do not take myself too seriously.  This has been a trait that has helped me connect with so many of you.  I hope that you can grow to trust me and know that I will always have your best interests in mind.  I look forward to meeting you.
