Megan is our lead RNP with many years of experience. She joined the HER Inc Family in 2015 and will likely be with us until she is in her walker.  We are never letting her go!!! Megan is a a ball of energy with an incredibly sweet personality.  She has been with us long enough that she knows the ropes very well and she has a loyal following of patients, including Dr. Rodriguez herself.  A fun fact about Megan is that she was a child star!!!  She hates when we bring this up but we are so proud of her and we benefit from all the dance moves that she learned back in the day.  Megan is trained to handle complicated consults and procedures. She is our right-hand woman and is the queen of protocols and procedures. The best part about Megan is that she is incredibly kind, caring, compassionate, funny and empathetic.  She is a beautiful soul of a woman. You will not be disappointed.
